Zenith Custom Creations has been established since 2001, providing custom designed, fabrication solutions. The modern workshop is located in Mount Barker, South Australia & has many experienced staff to compliment the company’s innovative design.

Zenith Custom Creations manufacture a wide range of projects, including custom gooseneck trailers, semi trailers & various truck bodies.

In conjunction with Daronmont Technologies, Zenith Custom Creations manufactures the latest generation, lightweight, air transportable Shelters for military applications.

Custom internal fit out, including air conditioning ducts, workstations,

signal entry panels, power entry panels, EMI shielding & equipment racks, have been completed for various Defence projects.

We pride ourselves on developing & producing a high quality product to meet our customer’s expectations & enjoy an excellent reputation within the industry. High quality materials & painting products are used on all of our projects, to ensure a long life & lasting structure.

Our welding experts are proudly certified to ISO 9606-2, enabling our company to deliver all aluminium welding to international standards.

Delivering high quality paint finishes has become our specialty. With the recent purchase of our state of the art, temperature controlled Spray Booth, with bake option, this has enabled us to complete painting projects for the Royal Australian Navy, painting antennas & aerials to APAS 0501 & 0502 standards.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

WATER JET CUTTING

We have recently taken delivery of a Maxiem Water Jet Machine. This machine provides our skilled team with the ability to custom design & CNC cut all shapes, from any material required.

SPRAY PAINTING

Our environmentally controlled, state of the art Truflow Spray Booth, is used for all painting applications. Our booth has variable speed air flow, controlled gas heating & custom bake modes. Zenith's Paint Technician is APAS accredited, with many years of painting experience.
